Hello, my name is Emmanuel, originally a sports coach in Uccle in a gym, I finally became a home sports coach all over Brussels. Since March 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has prompted me to offer an additional service in the homes of those who wanted to stay fit and healthy. It was obvious to me to help as many people as possible through sport and personalized support. It was a huge success. I soon had to collaborate with other coaches to be able to meet all these demands. That's how FIT À LA MAISON was born, the first team of sports coaches to come directly to your home and company office. Qualified, experienced coaches who are as passionate as I am about helping others to surpass themselves and achieve their personal goals.

The discovery session
We invite you to discover our services through a single session for only €30. This session consists of a consultation and a training session. Your sports coach will analyze your needs using a questionnaire and a range of exercises. All this information will be taken into account in order to offer you tailor-made support and a pricing formula adapted to your objectives. The majority of our customers have opted for this introductory session to personalized sports coaching.
